Shipping

Squiggly Trading B.V ships out the orders every working day. We ship by ABC Mail which uses multiple services. The types of services available can differ per country.

1. Shipping Costs
The shipping costs are calculated automatically and are shown in the shopping cart. The costs are based on the weight of the goods you order and the country of delivery. The shipping costs include handling/shipping and insurance. Above a certain amount we can offer free shipping.

2. Damages during shipping
Masters In Time guarantees you that you receive your order in good condition. What to do if this is not the case?

2a. The package does not arrive.
In that case we will start after 20 working days of the shipping date an official search. We aks you to start the search through our order service page. When the package still hasn't been found after 20 working days of the start of the search we consider the package officially lost and we will ask you if you want us to ship the goods again.

2b. The goods inside the package are broken (DOA).
If the watch inside the box is broken or a watch does not run, we will ask you to send the watch back and we will replace it with a good watch. Please report the damage through the order service page. If it is not possible to replace the watch we will make a full refund. Standard plastic boxes will not be replaced if they are broken during shipping.

3a. Delivery times
Masters in Time / Squiggly Trading B.V. only sells goods from stock. This means that all products will always be send the first working day after ordering.

3b. Shipping times
The shipping times are shown in the shopping cart and check out. These shipping times are communicated as an indication. Masters In Time remains responsible for the package up to the moment you have it undamaged in your hands.
Shipping times can be seen in the shoppingcart during the checkout process.

We do not accept cancellation of orders during the shipping period even if the shipping is too long. When you have received the product you can return it to us and you will be refunded.
