Sales Conditions

1a. Order security for you.
Thanks to technology by commercial server in mode security (SSL), all information that you entrust us, cannot be read during the transfer of data by any body else.
The 3d Secure company Ogone takes care of the credit card transactions. We at Masters In Time do not get to see your credit card information!! When the transaction is authorized by the credit card company, we receive your order and you will an automatic confirmation e-mail.
1b. Order security for us.
Because Masters In Time is responsible for credit card fraud, we have the right to make inquiries with your bank if the address on the card is the same as the address where we send the goods. We also have the right to cancel orders without any prior notice.

In case of a fraud attempt we ALWAYS report this to the credit card company.

2. Web catalog Terms.
Prices subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors. Issuance of this catalog is not a commitment to sell.

The products are described with greatest exactitude, however if, despite every precaution taken by the seller, an error has occurred, the seller can always cancel the order. The order is final when the seller has accepted the payment of the price by the purchaser.

3. Returns.
Need to return an item? Masters In Time has no problems with returns but please pay attention to our guidelines:

  • Within 30 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return any item you purchased from mastersintime.com, for any reason. We will keep however keep a 20% restocking fee for our administration costs.
  • The goods need to be in a unworn state. This means fitting the watch is no problem. The strap should not be bent, so we are able to sell this watch as new to another customer. The watch needs to be returned along with the special brand-box that was delivered with it.
  • Please do not send us items that do not meet the conditions listed above, as we do not issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you.
  • In case Masters In Time has made an error in your order we will refund the return shipping cost. Once the product is returned to us we will try to send you the correct product. In case the product you had ordered is sold out, we will refund you your money.
  • We cannot accept returns of items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

4. Litigation.
The complaints or disputes will be always received with benevolence, the good faith being always supposed. Please send your complaint to: info@mastersintime.com with 'complaint' in the header and we will respond to your complaint within 24 hours. Nevertheless, in the event of litigation, the buyer needs to address us to obtain a friendly solution. Masters in Time is a company with a good name and reputation and wants to keep it this way. We are sure a good solution can always be found.
