Quiksilver Inc is a US company based in Huntington Beach, California and the world's largest manufacturer of surfwear. The Quiksilver logo is designed by the company founder Alan Green in the early 1970s. The logo is inspired on Hokusai ´s painting "The Great Wave off Kanagawa". It consists of a large wave with a mountain on a red background. The company also produces a line of surfwear for young women, under the brand Roxy. The Roxy logo consists of two copies of the Quiksilver logo together forming a heart.
