you get 1 or 2 years guarantee on your watch.
In case the watch arrives broken we will either send you a new watch or refund you your money, when your model is sold out. You need to send us the broken watch back. When we have received it, we will send you the new one, or make a debit on your Credit card.
In case the watch is broken during the guarantee period we will either send you a new watch or give you the choice to find a new watch on our web site. You need to send us the broken watch back. When we have received it, we will send you the new one, or make a debit on your Credit card.
Q2. Can you ship faster? I want my package sent with UPS.
Depending on your country, Yes. We offer you on the checkout page 3 options: Registered mail, Parcel Plus and Express post (Fedex, UPS, TNT), each with their own prices.
Q3. Do you really ship worldwide?
No, we do not ship to all countries worldwide. There are two main
reasons why we do not ship to a certain country: 1. The Postal Services
cannot be trusted. 2. We have had quite a few cases of fraud in that
country. To the following countries we do not ship: Yugoslavia, Macedonia,
all Russian Republics, Malaysia, Indonesia. In case we expect fraud
we always hold the right not to ship goods to a person. We are the
ones responsible for the losses and not the Credit Card companies.
Q4. Do you ship watches unregistered?
No, we don't. We do ship straps unregistered, but not watches. Again
we are responsible for lost goods and there are Postal Services in
certain countries that are not to be trusted.
Q5. Are all the watches you sell new?
Absolutely!!! We do have refurbished watches, but these are mainly
highly collectible watches. Anyway, when a watch is not new it's always
mentioned on the page. For the rest ALL our watches are brand new!!
