1. Access to Website

We will do our best to ensure uninterrupted availability of our website. However, due to the nature of the Internet, this cannot be guaranteed. Occasionally your access to the website may be suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new features and services. We will attempt to minimize the frequency and duration of such events. We reserve the right to cancel or restrict any parts of the website or services offered at any time.

2. Searching Technology

The use of search technology, such as ‘web-crawlers’ or ‘web-spiders’, is not permitted, if it will result in the slowing down on the operation of this website, or results in copyright infringement of any data from this website. No person may use any of the afore mentioned technology or application to search or collect any content from the website, without prior written consent from Masters in Time.

3. Prices and Taxes

The charges for postage and packing are shown in the checkout once you have selected the delivery country and method of delivery before you are asked to submit the order. The price you pay will include VAT for all deliveries within the European Union. The prices shown for the goods on this website are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate. For deliveries outside the EU, VAT is deducted from the total price. Delivery to non-European countries may require import duties to be paid upon receiving the goods. You will be liable for these duties. Prices shown on the website are subject to change without notice.

4. Placing an Order

Once you have place submitted an order on our website we will send you a confirmation email confirming your address, the items ordered and the price. At this stage, we do not have to accept your order and reserve the right to cancel or refuse it. We may refuse or cancel your order if :

  • - Your payment is not authorized or has been marked as fraudulent, or potentially fraudulent, by the payment system.
  • - Payment has been made using a card not issued in a country we dispatch to.
  • - The items ordered are no longer in stock or available.
  • - We have tried contacting you about your order and have not heard back within a reasonable period of time.

If in the unlikely event the items you have ordered are unavailable you will be notified as soon as possible.

By placing an order with us you are confirming that any information you have provided is true and that you are authorized to use the card on which the payment was made.

5. Delivery Policy

Goods that are in stock are normally dispatched on the same working day. We cannot be held responsible for any delays beyond our control. If we are unable to dispatch your order within 3 working days, we will contact by email with an estimated date.

6. Cancellations

You have the right to cancel the order before we have dispatched it to you. After dispatching, you have a right to cancel the contract within 40 working days of non-receipt. This offer runs in parallel with and is in addition to our standard 30 day returns policy. Once the goods have been returned at your cost and checked by us to ensure they are still in as sold condition, with their original packaging, you will receive either a full refund or replacement goods. If the goods are received by you are defective, or they differ from what was ordered then we will also refund the return shipping costs. You must contact us through the order service page before you return goods, to report that that you are returning the goods and for which reason (eg. defective, differ from what was ordered or simply changed your mind).

The colors of goods are reproduced as accurately as electronic processes allow. Colors may vary slightly from those shown on the website due to variations on photographic reproduction and display monitors. Products shown are not actual size, where available approximate measurements are provided. We are authorized dealer of all the brands we sell. We try to ensure that the product information provided in our website is as accurate as possible, however, we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies or errors beyond our control.

  • - The quality of the products and services we provide
