Is paying on your website secure?

I have changed my mind and I want to cancel my payment.

Our logistics department works very fast, but when your order has not been shipped yet, we will do anything within our possibilities to cancel your order. Please contact our Customer Service department and they will gladly assist you.

I have trouble paying with my Credit Card.

There can be many reasons why you can’t make a payment with your credit card on our web site. Please contact your bank as they should be able to provide you with all the details on the rejected transaction and help you to succeed in making a successful transaction. 

I would like to have an invoice.

No problem at all. We don’t print invoices for the sake of the environment. Please feel free to download your invoice on the order service page

My Credit Card payment was accepted, but my order was not accepted. 

HWG works with automated fraud detection software. Your order has probably been flagged by this software as potential fraud. When you are using your own credit card, please contact our Customer Service department and they will gladly assist you. 

How do I get my refund?

Refunds will always be paid back to the original method of payment. This means that when you have paid with a credit card, we will refund to this same credit card. You can find more information on returns & exchanges.

Pay with iDeal

iDeal is the easiest way to pay for Dutch customers. With iDeal you pay via your own bank account. The transaction is securely handled by your bank. After payment it is important you return to our website, so the script can finalize the order. Orders paid with iDeal will be shipped within 24 hours (on working days).

Cash/Pin

When you live on The Netherlands or Belgium, you can visit our store to pick up your order and pay with cash or with Pin and you can get the watch personally fitted by us.

Pay with Mr Cash

Mr Cash is a simple and easy way of payments online. With Mr Cash you can pay directly from your own bank account. The transaction will be securely be executed by your own bank. After the payment is done you return to the website. Orders payed with MR Cash will be shipped within 24 hours.

Klarna

Klarna delivers the post payment method for Horloge.be.This means you will receive a digital invoice by mail from Klarna to pay for the items you purchased. You the first time you use Klarna, you can buy items with a value up to a maximum of € 300. If you are a recurring user, you can buy up to a maximum of € 600.
To validate your request to purchase with one of our payment methods Klarna performs a risk check. Klarna has a strict privacy policy as defined in our privacy statement. If your request for payment by Klarna is not accepted you can always purchase the items with an other payment method.

Pay with Credit card

Orders paid with credit card will be shipped within 24 hours (on working days).
Mastersintime.com  accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Our Payment Service Provider, Computop, uses state–of–the–art software to process your credit card payment safely. On the credit card payment page you fill out your credit card details. Computop checks your data with your bank in real time and only after verifying the data, they will give authorization. Computop is the only party that has access to the credit card data. No third party can see your details, not even we.

PayPal

PayPal is an online payment method that allows you to perform secure financial transactions over the Internet.  They act as a kind of safety buffer. You don't need to fill out any credit card or bank account information.

Payment with Wire Transfer

You can pay by bank wire transfer. As soon as we have received the payment we will ship your purchase. We will reserve the goods for a period of eight working days for orders placed with wire transfer. When the payment is not received after this period, we will cancel the order and return the goods to our stock.
