   交換用の時計バンドを注文したところ、配送予定日が決定しました。その時計は結婚20周年の記念プレゼントだったため、妻にそのことを伝えました。すると妻から、結婚30周年のサプライズクルーズを計画しており、バンドが到着するのは出発予定日以降になってしまうため、何とか早く届ける方法はないかと尋ねられました。 私は会社にメールを送り、状況を説明した上で、追加料金を支払ってでも速達便を利用できないか尋ねました。翌営業日、ウェンディさんからメールが届き、すでに速達便にアップグレード済みのため、バンドが予定より早く届くとのことでした。彼女は追加料金はかからないと伝え、結婚記念日のお祝いの言葉を添え、クルーズを楽しんでくださいと伝えてくれました。 どの業界でも、このようなサービスに出会うことはほぼ不可能です。商品は予定通りに届きましたし、私も間違いなくリピーターになりますし、友人たちにも次に時計を買うならどこで買うべきか、ぜひこのお店を勧めるつもりです！本当にありがとうございました！素晴らしいですね

   I ordered a replacement watch band and it was scheduled to be delivered. I told my wife as the watch was an anniversary gift for our 20th anniversary. She asked if there was any way to get the band earlier, because she had scheduled a surprise cruise for our 30th anniversary and the watch band would arrive after we were scheduled to leave. I emailed the company explaining my situation and asking if I could pay for express shipping. I received an email the next business day from Wendy saying the watch band would arrive early as she had already upgraded it for express shipping. She stated that there was no charge, wished me a happy anniversary, and told me to enjoy our cruise. It’s almost impossible to find service like this in any industry. The product arrived on time and I will definitely be a repeat customer as well as sharing with friends where they should buy their next watch! Thanks so much! that’s good
