This Vintage Rolex Daytona from the year 2000 is a tribute to the rich history of Rolex. The brand has been a sponsor of the Daytona 24-hour race since 1992, the winners of which receive a Rolex Daytona. With its classic design and impeccable finish, this watch represents the perfect combination of elegance and functionality. What makes this particular vintage model special is that it contains a Zenith movement that is known worldwide for its precision and reliability. That makes this model an interesting choice for both watch collectors and lovers of style and class. This advanced mechanical movement was the standard movement in the Daytona until 2000, but the Zenith era came to an end when Rolex introduced the in-house made caliber 4130. That movement has since been used in the modern Rolex Daytona models.
This vintage Daytona comes complete with original box and papers and includes an extra black dial, which contrasts beautifully with the stainless steel case and thus gives an extra dimension to the allure of this special timepiece. The watch is in very good condition and was fully serviced by Rolex in 2023.
