Warranty Smartwatches

Our Policy

Please note that these smartwatches are excluded from the additional 1-year extended warranty we provide.

The repair process for smartwatches differs from that of analog watches because smartwatches are essentially small computers. For this reason, we, like many other online stores selling smartwatches, recommend that repairs to smartwatches are best handled by the supplier. As specialists in traditional watches, we do not have the specific expertise and resources for smartwatch repairs.

We strive to provide our customers with the best possible service, and if you experience any issues with your smartwatch within the factory warranty period, we recommend contacting the manufacturer directly. We can provide you with the contact details and guide you through the factory warranty process.

Although we don't perform smartwatch repairs, we are happy to assist customers with software updates for their smartwatches. Additionally, we offer useful information in the form of three downloadable PDF documents covering common issues. These files, with detailed guides on topics such as battery life, Bluetooth problems, and resetting the Garmin Vivoactive, can be found on our website.

What is covered by the warranty? 

The warranty booklet specifies what is exactly covered by the warranty. You should always keep the warranty booklet and/or warranty card safe in case you need them unexpectedly.

In general, the factory warranty covers defects in materials and the movement of the watch. It does not cover damage from normal daily or excessive use, or misuse of the bracelet, attachments, or glass. Water damage is also not covered if the watch is not used according to the manufacturer's guidelines. The warranty does not cover the lifespan or replacement of the battery. The warranty is usually void if unauthorized repairs or modifications to hardware or software are performed by anyone other than an authorized dealer of the brand. For all brands we are officially a dealer of on our site, you receive a worldwide factory warranty that can be claimed at any official dealer of that brand.
