This watch with an intense blue dial is part of the Citizen ‘Unite in blue’ Limited Edition series with the motto “Sea of silence”. A revolutionary pigment-free ink on the dial uses micro-structured surfaces to transform the incoming light into a multifaceted spectrum of blue hues to express the ever changing moods of the sea of this eco-friendly series of watches. All the individual components of the dials are made from recycled materials. 

All watches in this collection are of course powered by the cleanest form of energy: light – both from the sun and artificial sources - housing Citizen’s proprietary Eco-Drive solar technology. A first in the watch industry and certified as an Eco Mark product by the Japan Environment Association (JEA)and recognized for its contribution to ecological sustainability. 

This beautiful Citizen L ladies watch is inspired by the beauty of the calm, blue sea. Four genuine diamonds on the dial represent the sea's sparkling surface, with air bubbles rising from the depths. The watch is a part of the exclusive Unite in blue collection and was limited to 2000 pieces worldwide. The Cal. E031 Eco-Drive solar movement has an accuracy of ±15 seconds per month and runs for 6 months on a full charge. The watch is water-resistant to 5 atm. Besides accurate and reliable, this eco-friendly ladies watch is stylish and elegant. A domed sapphire crystal, blue cabochon crown and crystals on the case add an additional touch of luxury.
