   I have already received super many compliments on my watch. Wearing this watch adds to your outfit. It is a real eye-catcher. The temperature display is pleasant, and you can keep track of your workout, choosing from a variety of workouts. Think running, weights and rowing. I do running. After the workout, you see the number of km and the time of the workout. In addition, you can see on your phone what lap you ran. The best feature I like is the warning you get if you sit still for too long. You can set this to 20 / 40 minutes. The watch does not need to be recharged daily and if needed it will indicate in time. Charging is very easy with the included charger. This clicks itself onto the watch if you are close enough. I don't use the heart rate monitor. I don't sleep with my watch either.

   Ik heb al super veel complimenten gekregen over mijn horloge. Het dragen van dit horloge is een toevoeging aan je outfit. Het is een echte eyecatcher. De weergave van de temperatuur is plezierig. Je kunt je workout bijhouden en daarbij kiezen uit diverse workouts. Denk aan hardlopen, gewichten en roeien. Ik doe aan hardlopen. Na de workout zie je het aantal km en de tijd van de workout. Daarnaast kun je op je telefoon zien welk rondje je hebt gerend. De fijnste feature vind ik de waarschuwing die je krijgt als je te lang stil zit. Je kunt deze instellen op 20 / 40 minuten. Het horloge hoeft niet dagelijks te worden opgeladen en indien nodig wordt dit op tijd aangegeven. Opladen is heel gemakkelijk met de bijgeleverde lader. Deze klikt zich zelf vast aan het horloge als je dichtbij genoeg bent. De hartslag meter gebruik ik niet. Ik slaap ook niet met mijn horloge.

   Very nice watch, doesn't look like a smartwatch but has the cool features, doesn't feel heavy, nice options to personalize (like picture on background). Does need to be connected to your phone all the time but who goes out without it anymore? Pedometer does respond to wrist movements but I think every smartwatch does that. During exercise it does not get in the way, records your heart rate and also how many calories you burn. I am very happy with it.

   Erg mooi horloge, ziet er niet uit als een smartwatch maar heeft wel de gave functies, voelt niet zwaar, leuke opties om te personaliseren (zoals foto op achtergrond). Moet wel hele tijd in verbinding staan met je telefoon maar wie gaat er nog op pad zonder? Stappenteller reageert wel op polsbewegingen maar dat doet volgens mij elke smartwatch. Tijdens het sporten zit hij ook niet in de weg, registreert je hartslag en ook hoeveel Kcal je verbrand. Ik ben er erg blij mee.

   The Monroe has a beautiful, sleek design in gold-pink color. The appearance of a classic watch, with the content of the latest technology. By tapping twice on the screen, the light comes on, it goes off automatically. After installing the App, you can easily connect the watch to your phone in a few minutes, after which you can adjust and personalize all the settings yourself. Note: some preferences you adjust in the App, permissions on your phone and the rest on the watch itself! You can also customize the application of the buttons to your own liking and your most commonly used applications. Buttons: There are 3 buttons on the watch. The middle button held down for a few seconds brings you to the main menu, where you can turn on/off notifications, vibration, activity, and to confirm an action, among others. The other 2 buttons you use to scroll through the menu. Tip: "do not disturb" is by default set to "always on", so if you want to be warned about new notifications, set disturb to off! By the way, if you want to hide the screen of your watch (so others don't see your Daily progress) and/or turn it back on, press and hold the top button for a few seconds. You will now have a blank screen like a classic watch. Pedometer: My initial experience is that it is not very accurate as it also counts wrist/arm movement too easily. This is a common problem with many Smartwatches. Contact: receiving and reading SMS and WhatsApp messages is possible, unfortunately not sending something yourself. Phone calls: seeing who is calling or has called is possible, recording or calling yourself unfortunately not. However, you do get the choice to send the caller to your voicemail or send an automatic (preset) message during the call. All in all, it is a fine hybrid watch (classic look, no digital screen) with limited smart functions, about which you are clearly informed in advance.

   De Monroe heeft een mooi, strak design in goudrose kleur. Het uiterlijk van een klassiek horloge, met inhoudelijk de nieuwste techniek. Door 2 keer op het scherm te tikken gaat de verlichting aan, deze gaat vanzelf weer uit. Na het installeren van de App, koppel je het horloge heel eenvoudig in enkele minuten aan je telefoon, waarna je zelf alle instellingen kunt aanpassen en personaliseren. Let op: een aantal voorkeuren pas je aan in de App, machtigingen op je telefoon en de rest op het horloge zelf! Ook de toepassing van de knoppen kun je aanpassen naar eigen wens en de door jou meest gebruikte toepassingen. Knoppen: Er zitten 3 knoppen op het horloge. De middelste knop een aantal seconden ingedrukt houden brengt je in het hoofdmenu, waar je o.a. de meldingen, trillen, activiteit aan/uit kunt zetten, en om te bevestigen van een handeling. De andere 2 knoppen gebruik je om door het menu te scrollen. Tip: "niet storen" staat standaard op "altijd aan", mocht je dus gewaarschuwd willen worden bij nieuwe meldingen, zet storen dan op uit ! Wens je trouwens het scherm van je horloge te verbergen (zodat anderen je Daily voortgang niet zien) en/of terug aan te zetten, houdt de bovenste knop dan een aantal seconden ingedrukt. Je hebt nu een blanco scherm zoals bij een klassiek horloge. Stappenteller: Mijn eerste ervaring leert dat deze niet heel accuraat is, aangezien ook pols/armbeweging te makkelijk wordt meegeteld. Dit is een algemeen probleem bij veel Smartwatches. Contact: ontvangen en lezen van SMS en WhatsApp berichten is mogelijk, zelf iets versturen helaas niet. Telefoon gesprekken: zien wie er belt of heeft gebeld is mogelijk, opnemen of zelf bellen helaas niet. Wel krijg je de keuze om tijdens de oproep de beller naar je voicemail te sturen of een automatisch (vooringesteld) bericht te zenden. Al met al is het een fijn hybride horloge (klassiek uiterlijk, geen digitaal scherm) met beperkte smartfuncties, waar je vooraf duidelijk over geïnformeerd wordt.

   A very nice watch, where for my taste the strap is slightly fragile compared to the watchface. On the other hand, that also adds to the look, not so much sporty, but with all the functions you would expect. Watchface is nice, haven't tried a new one yet because do like this minimalist look. Heart rate is displayed at rest, app is clear and simple, and intermediate heart rate measurement in simple. Minus point I find reading messages, really get used to the navigation Battery life is really a big advantage, really super

   Een heel mooi horloge, waarbij voor mijn smaak het bandje iets fragiel is tov de watchface. Anderzijds draagt dat ook bij aan de look, niet zo zeer sportief, maar met alle functies die je mag verwachten. Watchface is mooi, heb nog geen nieuwe geprobeerd want hou wel van deze minimalistische uitstraling. Hartslag wordt in rust weergegeven, app is helder en eenvoudig, en tussentijds even hartslag meten in eenvoudig. Minpunt vind ik lezen van berichtjes, is echt wennen de navigatie Batterijduur is echt een groot voordeel, echt super

   I was looking for a smartwatch that not only has nice technical features but also has an elegant look. Well with this one I finally found it. The watch from Fossil is so beautiful with a chic look I have it myself in the kleir rosé and could not be more sin . A beautiful smartwatch without too much fuss.

   Ik was al een tijdje op zoek naar een smartwatch die niet alleen leuk technisch snufjes heeft maar ook een elegant uistraling geeft . Nou bij deze heb ik het eindelijk gevonden . De Horloge van Fossil is zo mooi met een chique uitstraling ik heb het zelf in de kleir rosé en kan niet meer zonde . Een mooie smartwatch zonder teveel poespas .

   The watch has a very nice appearance. The battery lasts over 2 weeks. The functions of the buttons can be set to your preference. The background is changeable. For notifications, the watch vibrates. If you want to read a message, the hands move to the horizontal position to optimize the reading area. This watch is perfect for people who want some smart functions, but also want the classic look of an analog watch. Personally, I find the watch less suitable for athletes, as the strap "cuts if your wrist is thicker with heat and the watch is only splash-proof. Also, the pedometer is not very accurate.

   Het horloge heeft een erg mooi uiterlijk. De batterij gaat ruim 2 weken mee. De functies van de knoppen zijn naar eigen voorkeur in te stellen. De achtergrond is verwisselbaar. Bij meldingen trilt het horloge. Als je een bericht wil lezen gaan de wijzers naar de horizontale stand om het leesvlak te optimaliseren. Dit horloge is uitermate geschikt voor mensen die wel een aantal smartfuncties wil hebben, maar ook de klassieke uitstraling van een analoog horloge wil. Persoonlijk vind ik het horloge minder geschikt voor sporters, aangezien het bandje 'snijdt als je pols dikker is bij warmte en het horloge enkel spatwater dicht is. Ook is de stappenteller niet heel erg nauwkeurig.
