   the order and delivery went very smoothly, but when it turned out that the strap was wider than my watch, I sent an email via the website up to 2 times to ask if they had a narrower one and I could exchange it, but I don't get an answer to that ???? since I don't hear very well I prefer to contact them via email rather than phone, I don't wait....

   • The product is ok, but turned out to be too wide for my watch

   • that I don't get an answer to my posed question

   de bestelling en levering gingen heel vlot, maar toen bleek dat het bandje breder was dan mijn uurwerk, heb ik tot 2 x toe een mailtje gestuurd via de website om te vragen of ze een smaller hadden en ik het kon inruilen, maar daar krijg ik geen antwoord op ??? omdat ik niet zo goed hoor neem ik liever contact via mail dan telefoon, ik wacht niet even af....

   • het product is ok, maar bleek te breed voor mijn uurwerk

   • dat ik geen antwoord krijg op mijn gestelde vraag
